Return Policy:

Domain Name Registrations and Transfers:

All Domain Name Rgistrations and Transfers are non-refundable.

Hosting Plans:

All Hosting Plans come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, simply request a full refund through our support portal.

After the initial thirty day period, no refunds will be given on plans paid on a month-to-month basis

Design and Installation Services:

Installation Services are non-refundable. All Design Services work is billed on a weekly basis, and if you are not satisfied you can cancel continuation of work at any time. Any fees paid prior to the cancellation request will be non-refundable and all work product delivered to client will be returned to Renegade Tech Consulting. All requests for stoppage of work can be made through our support portal.

Refund As Customer Sole Remedy

Our company's entire liabilty and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid for the services rendered. All remedies are limited to the United States.
