Squeeze Pages right inside WordPress!

As you probably know, the single most important thing to do with your online business is creating and building targeted email lists. Preferably, with a squeeze page. It is something that is overlooked by 99% of new marketers online and even many larger companies, as well.

Creating squeeze pages in WordPress is so simple to do with the SqueezeTheme Plugin.

I tried this plugin earlier this month, and it was incredibly easy to set up a squeeze page. Normally, I would have used a lot of html code to layout the opt-in box, the video, and the features list.

You don’t have to know any code when using the SqueezeTheme Plugin. Just drag and drop the elements you want where you want them to appear on the page. Change the size of the different elements just by dragging the edges. It really is that simple.

I cannot recommend this plugin enough for simple, quick squeeze page creation.

Affiliate Program Change

This is a reminder that our affiliate program has changed. If you wish to remain a participant in the affiliate program, you will need to create a new account. If you currently have accrued commissions using the previous system, they will be paid out on September 1st. If you do not create an account in the new system, you will no longer receive commissions as of Sept 1.

And you want to be sure to be an affiliate, because…

WordPress BootCamp Update

Work on the WordPress BootCamp has been proceeding very well. The initial response has been extremely positive, and comments from the current users are being incorporated in the new content being added.

Starter pricing has been set at $15.95 per month or a lifetime subscription for $75. As more content is added, the price will continue to go up.

This is  a great opportunity to share the BootCamp with your peers, clients, and downline and generate income for yourself. So, be sure to sign up for the RTC affiliate program and display the WordPress BootCamp logo on your site with your affiliate link.

Problems with WordPress 3.0 and Redirection Plugin

Many of you use the Redirection plugin, and there have been problems after upgrading to WordPress 3.0.

The problem is as follows: You modify a post or page, and after saving the changes you are no longer able to access your blog homepage. When you go to your site’s homepage, you are redirected to the post or page you just edited.

This can be resolved by either updating the plugin to it’s latest version (2.1.28) or deactivating the plugin.
I wish you the best in your business,

One of the end-user features new to WordPress 3.0 is the menu creator. This allows you to create custom menus for your blog, consisting of pages, post categories, and links. This is great news for WordPress users, because not only can you combine all these links into one navbar but you can sort them however you like and create hierarchical structures (submenus).

In this video tutorial, I show you how to use the new menu creator:

.com and .net Pricing Increase

June 16th, 2010

Earlier this year, VeriSign® Registry announced that they would be raising prices for select domain name extensions. The price increase will go in to effect on July 1st, 2010. As a result of this price increase, we are in the unfortunate position of having to pass this price increase down to our customers. This notice is to inform you of the changes to our pricing. The price change will affect .com and .net extensions and will increase these domain names by $0.55 per year.

We regret that we have to raise our prices as a result of VeriSign’s® decision. It is our goal to continue to deliver extremely competitive domain name pricing complemented with quality value-added services to our customers, and we will continue to work hard to meet your needs.
